End to End recruitment on all levels based on the Hiring Plan for the Month
Hands on various Sourcing Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Mirraw Career Portal etc.)
Sketch a plan for Yearly Campus Drives through understanding from the Directors/ HoDs on Requirements
Responsible for On-boarding activities, Buddy Allocation, JD Creation, HRIS Enrollment and Joining Data of all employees
Responsible for generation of HR related letters (Appointment/Confirmation etc.
Cooperate with Matrix on background verifications of new recruits and maintain records of same
Responsible for handling salary processing (Attendance)/ (New Joinees & Exits) of new recruits
Generation of HR related letters regarding respective activities (PIP/ Probation Extension/ Relieving)
Generate Yearly Calendar and Ideas around Employee Engagement Activities and implementation of the same on a monthly basis. (Minimum 2 activities a month)
Assisting in Training & Development and Organizational Development practices.
Excellent knowledge of overall talent acquisition process
Understanding about current HR Practices
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques through Naukri/LinkedIn and other recruitment portals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good negotiation skills
